- Reserve the Unit
- Once you select your preferred unit, we help you place the booking with the developer. This step usually requires a booking fee and submission of identification documents. Prop Ally ensures the reservation is secured under the correct terms.

- Sign the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
