- Due Diligence and Verification
- Before you commit, Prop Ally conducts thorough checks to confirm ownership, outstanding service charges, maintenance history, mortgage clearance and potential risks. This ensures complete transparency before negotiations begin.

- Negotiate the Offer
- We negotiate the best possible price and terms on your behalf. Once an offer is accepted, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed, and a standard security deposit is placed with the escrow/agency.

- Arrange Valuation and Mortgage (If Needed)
- If you require financing, Prop Ally coordinates the bank valuation and supports you through the mortgage application process, ensuring smooth communication between bank, seller and buyer.

- No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from Developer

- Transfer at the Trustee Office
- Once NOC is ready, both parties visit the Dubai Land Department Trustee Office to complete the transfer. Prop Ally prepares all documents, manages the payment flow and ensures every step complies with RERA guidelines.

- Receive Your Title Deed
- After the transaction is registered, the title deed is issued in your name. Prop Ally hands it over and assists with utilities setup, move-in coordination or leasing strategy if the purchase is for investment.
